At Batik Firda, we take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Our collections feature a carefully curated selection of base materials, ranging from traditionally handwoven Alat Tenun Bukan Mesin (ATBM) textiles to premium factory-milled fabrics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a smooth return or exchange process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale are final and cannot be returned unless damaged.

Handmade Craftsmanship

Our Batik Tulis process is a meticulous, manual art. Due to the handmade nature of the batik process and our ATBM weaves, slight variations in color, pattern alignment, weave structure, or minor wax residues may occur. These are authentic signatures of the artisan's work and are not considered defects. Returns based on these natural characteristics will not be accepted.

Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a flawed item (e.g., torn fabric) or an incorrect order, please contact us immediately. We will bear the full return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund.

How to Initiate

  • Contact our Customer Care via WhatsApp at 6285326957039 by providing the item's SKU number and reason.
  • Include unboxing photos or videos to claim a defective or incorrect item.
  • Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard size/color exchanges.
